[A quick flip to video and he drops the camera to the lower half of his body. His stomach has his shirt balled up against it, hiding the worst of his wounds. His jeans are soaked through with blood in a few places, courtesy of a number of bites he'd taken trying to scramble out the labs. He only leaves the feed running long enough to give them a once over, before he's back to audio again, a loud bang ringing through the device as he drops it to the ground again.]
It's not as bad as it looks. But I don't think I'm going anywhere any time soon.
[ Raven doesn't even watch the whole time, the first sight of blood making her eyes scrunch shut tight. ]
Okay.
Okay, you'll be okay.
I'm going to tell one of the doctors, they'll send someone in for you. They have to. With a medkit, or whatever, you know? Listen, if I pull up the map, do you think you can mark off where you are? Even just generally.
[ she's trying her best to sort through her files on her comm until she finds that map, and she shares it on his screen, presses her finger to the corner so a red dot appears, as an example. ]
Point to where you are, leave a mark. Someone will come get you, okay? I promise.
[He takes a long time just squinting at the screen, trying to work out where he is in relation to it. Eventually he just presses a few places, still not entirely sure. What he can say though is-]
About fifteen minutes from the labs. [Fifteen minutes walk that'd taken him closer to an hour to manage.] I left a trail.
[ she's already trying to get the attention of one of the doctors, but her panic is starting do a number on her, chest tight with fear. she can't see straight, can't hear anything, and her muscles ache with every movement. ]
I'll find someone, I will. [ her voice sounds hoarse, tight. she needs to breathe. ]
[He still may not be used to people giving a damn about him, but he knows that tone. Knows that he's to blame for that panic. It's why he does his best this time to make it sound as though nothing's wrong; tone gentle and pain bitten back.]
[There's some rustling, and a quiet groan of pain as he tries to push himself more upright. If he can get himself back on to his feet again, then maybe he can at least make it somewhere easier to be found.]
Look, just get some rest. I'll...find a way to get back to you.

It's going to be okay, Raven. Don't worry.

[ she's laying back down on the bed again, showing the doctors the map, muting her comm to try and explain before talking to Wesley again ]
Course I'm gonna worry. I want you to be here with me, not out there.
