i did tell you what he said.
that we need more cut-and-dry boundaries if we're going to make this work. guidelines.
if someone misses a target in the gun range and it hits the hull of the ship, is that assault? the ship's sentient, according to a few people here. but should we throw the shooter in the brig for a day for the offense? accidents happen. where's the line there?
we need to hash out details, that's what he said.
it's impossible for everyone to be happy with all the rules and regulations on the ship, but if there's a problem with regards to someone's safety, we have to do whatever it takes to fix it.
then again, we can't control people's prejudices and own personal feelings.
you don't trust humans, that's clear, maybe even anyone that's 'organic'
i wouldn't try to convince you to change your mind, since everyone has been through different things, so we can't exactly insist the same of people who have things against robots, or vampires, or anything else
which is why it comes down to the details and rules
seeing as he and i are both organic and probably shouldn't be the only ones trying to sort out said changes, that's.. why i came to you
which brings us to this conversation right here
if you want changes, name them. you insist we don't understand, so help us to
that's really all we can do here
