[ well that was fast. Raven unfolds her arms, but- he's tiptoeing, what's that about? ...well, okay, she knows what it's about, but it seems all wrong. Sirius doesn't tiptoe. it's a very un-Sirius thing to do, and she doesn't like that she's the cause of it. so she gives him something of a look, then walks right up and slides her arm through his, like they're just about to go for a walk now, all very normal. which they are, because she can't handle just standing here all antsy. so she links her arm through his, her hand at his elbow, and she pulls him starts to head a little bit deeper into the gardens. ]
It's already healed, for the most part. It's not so bad. It's a little weird? I mean, it's very obviously.. a bite, but. I dunno. I just wanna make sure you're the only one that's around to see it. [ which explains the walking, since she's not about to pull up her sleeve if someone could stroll right into the gardens at the same time and see it too. they're just about on the edge of the jungle-ish looking area of the gardens, the hum of insects and water flowing through pipes a little louder over here. good.
she moves to stand in front of him, letting go of his arm so she can tuck her fingers under her sleeve and pull it up her forearm. on her blue skin, it almost looks like more patterned markings. kind of. there's a very obvious row of teeth ( fangs ) on the inside of her wrist, and when she turns her hand over it's almost impossible to really see the bottom row over her scales. so she shifts, just her arm, until she has fair pink skin.
aaaand that looks a little uglier. there aren't any scabs, her mutation really did heal it up in just a day or two, but the scars are a deep red, and they look a little irritated, but that's only because Raven can't seem to stop scratching at them every so often. she's not used to scars. in fact, she's never actually had a scar. her healing abilities usually close up any kind of cuts and scrapes too clean for it. but this scar is permanent, a rough disruption on otherwise perfectly clear skin. and now she's peeking up at Sirius, still holding her sleeve back, just to see his reaction to it. ] I haven't shown anybody else. And I won't, not for as long as I can help it. I just- I don't want- [ the reality of this to sink in? naaah ] -I don't want Remus to get in trouble. I don't want people to think he attacked me or anything like that. You know? It's not that simple.
